Since moving to Ventura five years ago I think we’ve bought three or four mattresses from the store. Let me tell you my experience from all of those. Every time that I’ve walked into the store they’ve always been very friendly. The staff is super kind and greet you upon entry. I found that this location is not trying to be a salesman for you but they actually listen to what you want and try to help you find something that fits your sleep style, your comfort level, and your budget. My last purchase there was a king size mattress for my wife and I. Justin helped us out and he was super helpful. He even worked with us on the delivery day because we were leaving town and so we were able to get it when we returned after our vacation. Store has always been very clean, the staff has always been very friendly, and the price has always been right for my budget.

I visited 2 mattress stores before my GF convinced me to check out the Jesus mattress store (I guess the store paints a giant Jesus on their window for the Holidays). Anyways, when I walked in I was greeted by Justin who gave me a formal break down on mattress manufactures, what I may like, why I may like it, and how it will affect me. The experience was great and I decided to buy then and there. They really do have great prices in comparison to other stores. I found a mattress that I love and have been getting the best sleep ever! Travis made mattress shopping fun! I used to think of it as being as much fun as a trip to a used car sales lot. So the last time I bought a mattress, I avoided stores and got a Casper bed online, which was a mistake- it became so uncomfortable after the trial period. So i decided to give a mattress store another chance after multiple friends referred me here. I’m glad I went. Travis changes the game! He is caring about your budget and getting you into the right mattress for your body’s needs. He knows his stuff. We ended up getting a nice deal on the Organic Roots mattress, our favorite in the store and happened to be the line of mattresses he designed. He went the extra mile to have it delivered at a time that is good for us. Amazing customer service and a great person. Highly recommend this store.
