At American Mattress Family we understand that our responsibility to customers is to apply our industry-knowledge to provide high-quality mattresses. We do not simply rely on major brand names. Many of the major brand name in the mattress industry have been reducing the quality of their mattress for years, relying on massive marketing budgets, rigid pricing structures, and their historical quality to provide lower quality products to the industry. As firm believers in American entrepreneurialism, we take an honest and rigorous approach to which brands we supply, applying over 30 years into developing relationships with local and national American mattress manufactures, visiting their facilities, and learning their stories, to best understand the best products for our customers. We limit our brands to American manufactures that provide high-quality mattresses with excellent customer service, and the continuous positive feedback we receive from customers lets us know our hard work is appreciated. 

How do I know I am getting the best price?

We understand that price is important, and at American Mattress Family we believe that it is our duty to provide all our customers with the highest quality mattresses at the lowest possible prices. Our  competitively priced mattresses are typically 40-60% lower than other mattress retailers while maintaining the same high-level quality. Everyone deserves a good night sleep and finances shouldn’t get in the way of that. We even provide custom in-house payment options to meet the needs of any customer. 

Do you provide delivery service?

Yes. Our goal is to make your mattress buying experience easy and seamless from start to finish. At American Mattress Family we provide both national shipping for select brands, and local delivery. For local delivery, our in-house team of experienced delivery drivers will deliver your mattress to the front door or inside the home for setup. Our drivers are an integral part of the American Mattress Family team providing unrivaled customer service and flexibility. What do I do if I don’t like my new mattress?

We understand the importance of a good nights rest, and the damage a restless night can cause. That’s why at American Mattress Family all of our mattresses come with a 1-time industry-leading 100-day comfort exchange. If you don’t like your new mattress for whatever reason, simply give us a call, and we will take it back and apply your full purchase price towards a new mattress of your choosing, no restocking fee, simply pay the difference on any upgrades.

What is the warranty on your mattresses?

In order to ensure all our customer’s new investments are protected in the long run, we only offer mattresses that come with manufacture warranties. Warranties vary by brand and mattress, but typically range from 5-20 years. The length of a mattress manufactures warranty is a good indication of the quality of a mattress’ materials, construction, and history.
