I went here and was greeted by Justin, he let me roam around for a while and then asked if I had any questions. I thought I would be fine searching myself, but I was surprised by how much knowledge he had about the different types and he had suggestions based on my wife and my needs. I ended up getting a bed and I couldn't be happier. I have had the best sleep I have ever had. The delivery guys were very friendly, courteous, and installed the bed perfectly. I could not be happier. Also the showroom is very large so there are lots to chose from to test.

Nothing but great things to say about American Mattress Family and Rob. We went in and Rob was fantastic. No pressure at all, just listened to what we wanted and made some recommendations. Laid on a mattress that felt great and decided to go with it. The sales process was quick and easy, the price was very reasonable, and how and when we would receive our mattress was very clear. As promised, we received a call the day before delivery and given a 2 hour delivery window. The mattress was delivered early in that window in great shape and set up very nicely. All-in-all a great experience from the moment we walked into the store until the first night we spent on our new mattress. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would give 10 stars if I could. After haggling at 3 other mattress stores, we came here. Ron's customer service is top notch. Cool vibe the second we walked in the door. He sold us the perfect mattress at a very reasonable price. (King size model with new cooling technology). American made locally and way cheaper than the competitors. This is the only mattress store I will shop at from now on. Highly recommend this shop. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

I was in need of a new mattress and did not have any idea what I wanted. I visited several Mattress stores in the area but came away from each feeling uncomfortable and not having any idea what I was looking for. My experience at American Mattress Man was very different. Rob made me feel welcome. He asked me questions and helped me narrow what I needed down to 2 Mattresses. He was patient and very helpful. The mattress I picked out arrived the next week and the delivery crew very nice and set up the new bed within minutes. It is the best bed I have owned so far and can not express how thankful I am. They have a customer for life and will recommend my friends.
